Looking for a Kefalonia Holiday Villa. Villa Sakos is an affordable luxury complex of three villas that comfortably sleeps 6 guests (2 additional guests at extra charge). Outdoors there is a private infinity pool equipped with loungers and chairs as will as bbq grill. Main floor has Living area with satellite TV/DVD ,Open dining area ,fully equipped kitchen (see villa facilites).One bedroom with en suite bathroom and terrace.Fully air conditioned.Second floor has two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and terraces with a bistro set to enjoy the seaview.
Each Villa has there own private swimming pool,with patio furnisher and outdoor bbq in the garden.Facing the Ionian Sea.Living area ,with fully equipped kitchen(Freezer, Fridge ,Oven, Microwave,, Toaster ,Kettle ,Dishwasher ,All Untensils,Washing Machine).Three bedrooms with Three en suite bathrooms all are facing the Ionian Seafront. Fully air condition.Daily maid service, Linens, internet acess. Skala beach is a short walk of 20 meters.

30%days or more before the arrival date, an administration fee of 10 % of the deposit will be held. The rest will be refunded.
29-21 days before the arrival date, the 30% deposit will be held as a cancellation fee.
20-8 days before the arrival date, 50%of the amount will be held as a cancellation fee.
7-0days before the arrival date, the total amount will be held as a cancellation fee.
Refunds will be sent only to the Credit Card holder's name

Full balance 56 days prior to arrival
Refundable breakage deposit 150 euros per villa

WE HAD A WONDERFUL TIME AT VILLA SAKOS. IT IS EVERYTHING YOU SEE ON THE ADVERT,EXCEPT MUCH BETTER. THE OWNWERS ARE GREAT PEOPLE. WE HAD LOCAL WINR, FRUIT , VEGETABLES. LOOKING FORWARD FOR 2012.
