Meli is an ideal getaway for guests yearning for a unique holiday experience replete with tranquillity, comfort, relaxation and communication with nature, a Lefkada luxury villa that is a truly out of the ordinary retreat.

It is a 19th century stone mansion officially recognized as a preserved building. It combines vacations close to nature away from noise and crowds, yet very close to the beach as it is located in Dragano, a quiet mountainous village, only a short drive away from some of the most beautiful beaches in the Mediterranean (Porto Katsiki, Egremni, Gialos). The closest beach, the long, sandy beach of Gialos, is only 3kms away.

The mansion was recently restored to a high standard with great respect to local architecture and tradition. Its interiors have been tastefully decorated with light colours and antique pieces. It has three independent and spacious bedrooms, all with their own bathroom, one of which has a jacuzzi bathtub. All bedrooms have satellite TV, a/c and hairdryer. Wide wooden stairs lead down to the ground floor where one can find a sitting room with fireplace and two sofas, satellite TV, CD and DVD player, selection of books/CDs/DVDs and board games. At the same level, one can find a large dining table, WC, washing machine and dryer, as well as a fully equipped rustic kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, juice maker etc. Outdoors, there is a large courtyard and garden with flowers, a large barbeque and a traditional wood burning oven. Here one can enjoy totally relaxing, uninterrupted views of greenery.

The village is surrounded by nature which offers endless choices for walking through rich vegetation, forests and dirt roads. Mountain biking is an excellent alternative for those feeling more adventurous (bikes provided). One can enjoy all kinds of watersports within short distance. Vasiliki (12kms) is a paradise for windsurfers as a wind pahenomenon makes its bay unique.
