The proprietor Yianni has designed and built these apartment houses in the traditional architecture of Zakynthos. His love of traditional stone buildings made him to collect materials of old houses, with whom he built up his holiday houses. His wife Christina, born in Germany; continues to create a truly warm and Greek atmosphere by her choice of decor, and her love of details.
Every house is equipped to very high standard and has its own color scheme. In every holiday house you are finding Greek hand crafts and wooden built furniture and all those little things to make your stay ,as enjoyable as possible.

Cancellation Policy for Apartment Houses:
In order to confirm your booking, 30% of the total cost is required as an advance payment.
Payment of the required advanced paymentcan be done by banktransfer to our bank.
As soon as we receive your payment we will send you a visitors confirmation with all the necessary details of your booking.
Concellations may be made without penalty up to 30 days before the arrival date.
We charge a service fee to 30% of the contracted amount should the booking canceled 10-20 days before the arrival date, 65% if canceled 3-9 days before the arrival date 100 % if canceled 0-2 days before arrival date.
Balance of the rent is paid upon your arrival by cash.
