The villa has its own well, providing it with fresh water. The two perfectly private terraces, each have a beautiful view of the sea and surrounding islands - one towards the East, the other towards the West.
The villa has several buildings which comprise the villa and throughout the villa are new tile floors. In May 2009, a new pool and landscaped garden will be available for your enjoyment.
The Main building consists of an open plan, fully equipped kitchen with dining area and door to terrace. Microwave, washing machine, fresh water from well on property. Very large living room, fireplace, equally beautiful view from interior, 3 french doors to terrace with shady area. One bedroom, A/C, twin beds with own private little terrace, with view towards the sunrise over the water.

The villa annex has a seperate entrance from main terrace. Two bedrooms, A/C, twinbeds, facing beautiful view and a smaller, more private terrace. Bath with tub, bidet and WC.
The A/C can convert to heating in the cool season
Enjoy wonderful views from the terraces that can offer complete privacy for sunbathing. The main terrace with its new awning offers ample shade for reading and enjoying meals. In the evening, it is the perfect spot to watch the sunset with a glass of lovely Greek wine.
The newly built terrace, on our villa has an equally lovely view of the sea and trees in the morning sunlight. There is always a soft breeze and it is pleasant to sit and relax under the shadow of its old pine tree.

Prices and Extra Costs
All appliance costs, laundry and final cleaning are included in
the rental price. If you stay two weeks or longer, a weekly
cleaning as well as a change of sheets and towels are included.
Change-Over Day
Please note that change-over day is on Friday.
Booking Procedure
Just send us an e-mail or call us (see contact section), and we
will let you know if Villa Maestrali is available for the time
period required and also confirm the price. If you would like to
book, we will e-mail you the bank details and you then transfer
the deposit in order to confirm your booking.

Cancellation Policy:
If you should cancel for more than 6 weeks before arrival, 25% of the total amount will be charged. If you were to cancel within less than 6 weeks before the booked arrival date, the full amount is due.
Deposit Required:
The deposit is required as follows: 25% of the total amount in order to confirm the booking. The remainder has to be transferred until arrival.
