The Hotel Museum Uxlabil is an old mansion built in the XIX Century. There are 10 rooms, each with private bathroom and hot water, wide corridors around a central courtyard, two patios and an exhibition-living room. Each room is different from each other, decorated with mirrors, wardrobes, beds and lamps, some dating back hundred's of years.
All the rooms have a private bathroom, from one to five beds the rate include 22% taxes, and breakfast. Inside the Hotel Museum you can find historical pieces of great value, like the bed of one King of la Mosquitia; old lamps, one of them with more than 100 years, which was in the cathedral of Antigua, casullas used the priests who officiated masses, clothes, paintings of half of the XIX century, and more.
This house is surrounded in no more than 200 meters by important institutions, such as 'Compañia de Jesus', now Agency for Spanish Cooperation, the Central Park, The Cathedral, Merced church, The Palacio of the Captains, The City council, diverse hotels and restaurants.
