Idyllic stone-built wood beamed “fairytale” cottage in Village of Kapolcs in Northern Balaton region, which is more private and less touristy. The house is yours to enjoy! Renovated for leisure living the open-plan garden level includes a cosy antique filled sitting room with dining area for four and country kitchen equipped for a gourmet. The upper level sleeping arrangements offer two twin-beds on the galley, and a spacious master bedroom (room with a view) with a big feather bed for two. The large bath has a shower and washing machine. The cottage is fully equipped with all the comforts / essentials for a memorable holiday. A few steps from the cottage’s entrance are a large sun-terrace, wine cellar, orchard, garden and vineyard. For the outdoor chef there is a BBQ grill & cooking pit.

Cancellation Policy:
The owner of the Kapolcs Holiday farmhouse/cottage may accept other currencies such as Hungarian Fornit, if specifically agreed in advance. For weekend and mid-week stays in Spring and Fall, please inquire as the property is just two hours drive from Austrian border for short breaks from central Europe. During summer / peak times a week’s full rental is preferred. Reservation is asked for using Paypal, but in case of late cancellation within four weeks, the reservation fee is non-refundable.
Deposit Required:
An online reservation deposit of 20% of total booking in advance is required, which will be refunded once the cottage is vacated in reasonable condition with no loss or damage to property. The full rental fee is payable only upon arrival at the village farmhouse cottage in cash. No other deposit is required
