The fully-equipped kitchen includes an electric oven, a large fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, & a washing machine. The living room and entrance hall has a beautiful carrara marble floor. Amenities include air-conditioning, a telephone, a fax machine, cable TV with US & English channels, & a DVD player. The apartment has recently been modernised and re-decorated. The bedroom, living room, and kitchen all have sliding glass doors opening onto the large terrace, which overlooks the swimming pool & communal gardens.
