Agritourism with self catering apartments with swimming pool, located between Venice and Trieste (1 hour away), minutes from the sandy beaches of Lignano and Bibione. Surroundings are the green countryside, the Natural Reserve of Marano Lagoon, a birdwatching paradise wetland, and the Adriatic Sea. Resort for those looking for peace, silence, Nature and Sport. Pool, bike rental, nodic walking, plus water sports in Lignano. Art cities like Udine, Aquileia, Trieste, Cividale are at max 1 hour by car, so are Croatia, Slovenja and Austria. Apartments are very comfortable and can suit families or couples or group of friends. Expecially loved by children, because of the nice pool, the large gardens, the availability of bikes, table tennis and badmington. Folaghe is an independent Casale about 400 m. away from the main complex. It comprises four apartments and its own garden with parking area and barbecue facilities. There are two one-bedroom apartments on the ground floor (2+2 people), suitable also for disabled people, and two two-bedroom apartments on the first floor (4+2 people).
Casale Masorini is sited in the courtyard of the main house, facing the swimming pool and the family orchard. It includes three ground-floor 2-room apartments.
Situated within the main house, Airone is a large apartment of 120 sq.m. on two floors. It is furnished with antiques.
Fattoria includes two very large and simple apartments with three bedrooms each. Suitable for large families (up to 8 people).
All apartments have: air conditioning/heating, fully equipped kitchen or kitchenette, one or more bathrooms.
Commonal areas: Reception with touristic infopoint, breakfast room with terrace, large garden with swimming pool and bocce game, parking area, barbecue. Others: table tennis, badmington, bikes for rent, laundry room.
