The deposit is fully refundable if cancellation is 30 days before the rental; thereafter, the deposit is refundable only if we are able to re-rent the space for your dates.
In case the apartment is unavailable due to forces beyond our control, the amount paid will be FULLY reimbursed.
If a cancellation is made during the 10 days before your arrival, the rent must be paid in full.
