Our apartment is located in the west side of Rome in an area called Monteverde, 50 metres from Bus stop (# 44 for Piazza Venezia and the historical center and tram # 8 for Trastevere). We have just renovated it for the needs of our guests. We can host up until 4 adults. The apartment has a master bedroom (with bed cm 160*200); a big hall with equipped kitchen and table with chairs, and a sofa-bed (190*150 cm)for 2 people; a bathroom with shower. The apartment is located on the ground floor without balcony. WHAT WE OFFER: bed linens, bath linens and all you need for the kitchen, free coffe and tea, free maps and guides,final cleaning. Check our website for more info. We require a minimum of 3 nights.

Cancellation Policy:
Should you cancel a reservation for any reason up to 15 days before your arrival, you will be refunded (expenses for the reimbursement will be deducted). Should you cancel your reservation within 15 days before your arrival, you will loose your advance payment.After the confirmation, we reserve the right, in the case the apartment for any reason will be unsuitable for occupation, to contact you immediately to offer an equivalent or better accomodation. If you decide not to accept it, or if we are unable to find alternative solutions, we will refund the full deposit
