A self-contained, first floor apartment is available to rent throughout the year. Situated in the heart of Lazio, surrounded by rolling hills and close to the border with Tuscany, the apartment provides a comfortable base from which to explore this beautiful region of Italy.
The Apartment offers:
A large lounge with comfy armchairs and a sofa-bed (sleeps two extra people); dining room; large kitchen with oven, gas hob and fridge/freezer; master bedroom; twin bedroom with an additional sofa-bed; 2 bathrooms.
Cooking Utensils and TV are also included.
There is also the chance, if you wish, to learn authentic Italian cuisine with our local Italian cooks (with English translation!). During a private cooking class (about 2 hours) you will learn to prepare some tasty local recipes.
Due to Tolfa's central location it is a perfect starting point for day trips to Umbria and Toscana. In addition to Rome (75 km/45 miles), you can easily reach Tarquinia and its Etruscan tombs (30 km), Bracciano with its famous castle (30 km), and the medieval city of Viterbo (70 km). You’re also within easy reach of the coast where you can choose from a wide range of excellent restaurants, relax on the lovely sandy beaches, visit Santa Severa Castle and enjoy the nightlife.

Transfer to/from Rome airport Fiumicino FCO 70€ one-way
Transfer to/from Ciampino Rome airport 95€ one-way (from Ciampino it is very easy to reach Civitavecchia train station)
Transfer to/from Civitavecchia Train Station 30€ one-way
All utilities (electricity, heating etc.), linen with weekly change and final cleaning of the apartment are included in the price.
Prices exclude: cooking lessons, personal travel insurance.
For the payment: deposit of 30%, final balance on arrival.
10% discount off the second and subsequent weeks for long stays. Reductions available for 5 or more persons. No charge for children under two years of age.
