La Girandola offers Bed&Breakfast and a holiday apartment, and is situated on the edge of the medieval village Poggio Cupro, part of Cupramontana.

At La Girandola everything is possible; sun-bathing in the lounge-chairs, take a swim in our pool, walking in the green area, go on a mountain-bike excursion, visit the surroundings,...you won't be bored.
On the ground-floor of our old farmhouse you find three guestrooms; Montessori, Leopardi and Rossini.
The old stables where converted into a common breakfastroom. You can enjoy the breakfast buffet inside the restored stables or outside on the terras with view on Monte San Vicino. In Cupra Montana and surroundings, you'll find all kinds of trattoria, pizzeria, restaurants etc. for the other meals.
On the first floor we offer a selfcatering holiday apartment Raffaello, with an independant entrance.
Our selfcatering apartment offers plenty of space to 4 persons (60 square meters).
It disposes of 2 bedrooms, one bathroom with shower and toilet and a livingroom with a kitchenette.
You'll find a hifi installation, an electric oven and a gas hob with 4 burners. There is a filter coffee machine, but you have to bring the filters yourself because they are hard to find overhere.
Every room has central heating, so you can also rent the apartment during the winter.
Garden furniture and an umbrella are also at your disposal.
A common washing machine is at your disposal.
In our garden (0,5ha) you can take a sunbath or enjoy the quiet.

BEACH:
Those who enjoy the sea, will be glad to have it nearby. After half an hour driving, you'll walk on the beach of Senigallia or take a swim in the Adriatic near the reserve of the Monte Conero. Nearby (15min), the lake of Cingoli offers you swimming facilities and waterfans will also appreciate the Aquapark Eldorado in Apiro.
MOUNTAINS:
Close to us you will find the Monte San Vicino (1500m), a splendid place to take a walk. If you like it higher, we recommand you the Monti Sibillini, with tops of 2500m. In winter, this is also a beautiful winter-sports area.
CULTURE:
The region the Marche has a wide variety of cultural cities; Urbino home town of the renaissance, Jesi native city of Frederik II, Tolentino with its marvellous frescos of saint Nikolas of Tolentino,...Not to mention the musea, like the paper and filigranmuseum of Fabriano, the winelabel museum of Cupra Montana, the national archeological museum of Ancona,...
NATURE:
The caves of Frasassi belong to the natural highlights of the region. Besides, the Marches have a lot of reserves, amongst the Monte Conero, the Monti Sibillini and the Gola della Rossa e di Frasassi.
BIKING:
Our farm is situated in the reserve of the Colli Esino-San Vicino. Here, the organisation Leader II developed 20 mountain-bike tracks.
HORSERIDING:
Exploring our countryside on the back of an horse is possible at Ziamelia`s riding school. Experienced riders gallop through the charming hillsides and open fields, while the beginners make a try out in the outside paddock.
WALKING:
A beautiful walk can be made to the eremo dei Frati Bianchi. All kind of other paths lead you to wonderful places like the weir of Cingoli, the abbey of Val di Castre.
