Views stretch for miles around, reaching the mountains,medieval towns and as far as the coast on clear days. This tranquil setting offers complete privacy and the perfect location to enjoy a realxing holiday.
The local village of Gualdo 1km away provides all amenities including shops, chemist, bank, petrol station and post office. The people are friendly and hospitable and have great pride in their surroundings as you will see from the immaculate condition the village is kept in.
Casa Allegra is a fantastically well-equipped holiday villa, offering guests a home from home environment.
All 3 bedrooms have private ensuite facilities. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern conveniences while a charming terrace outside offers the perfect place for alfresco dining. There is also a fireplace. The TV room has a home entertainment system with DVD, video, satellite TV and guests are free to choose videos and DVDs.
The large lounge dining room is comfortable furnished and decorated with original artwork. A wood burning stove makes for a cosy atmosphere on chillier evenings, while we hope guests will help themselves to books from the library and drinks from the well stocked bar.
Outside the pool area is great for relaxation and the BBQ is available for guests' use. Guests may pick produce from the organc vegetable garden.
