The Ameglia apartments boarder between Tuscany and Liguria for a special holiday outside the normal routes of mass tourism to Ameglia, an ancient historical town on a hill overlooking the mouth of the river Magra, beloved by ancient Romans, lapped by the winds of the Versilia Riviera and the aromatic grapes from the Cinque Terre hills, protected by the famous marbles of the Apuane mountains who bewitched artists worldwide and the rude character of our fishermen that fascinate all with their accent and wrinkled excavated faces by the sun.

The Ameglia apartments “Le Casette” are situated in the historical centre of Ameglia town immediately below the town castle of XIII century. “Le Casette” are three unique relaxing, cosy and romantic separate residences (referenced to as green, red & blue) completely internally renovated in 2008 being part of a historical town house. “Le Casette” are well furnished with all comforts and are available for weekly and monthly renting. The historical centre of Ameglia is situated on the tip of a small hill side, as in the photo, between the lower part of Ameglia and Montemarcello town. The town centre is not trafficable and the nearest public parking’s are located at a walking distance of only several hundred meters away. “Le Casette” are only ten minutes away, by car or bus, from the Marinella, Fiumaretta e Bocca di Magra beaches and twenty minutes away from the famous Riviera della Versilia. The Ameglia apartments are situated on two floor levels and consist of (max 1 double bed and 1 double turn down sofa):
•One double bed room.
•A living room with a turn down sofa (double bed), TV and comprehensive of a complete and fully modern operational kitchen.
•Refrigerator, microwave, pots, dishes, cutlery & tea and coffee making facilities.
•One bathroom with shower & hair dryer.
•Washing machine.
•Independent heating system.
•Aircon (only in the blue and red apartments; roof floors).
•Small balcony (only in the green and red apartments). All rooms have windows and all living rooms have a spectacular panoramic view of the Apuane Mountains and the Magra River Valley.

High Season: May, June, July, August, September, Christmas (Dec. 22nd-Jan.6th.) & Easter week.
Mid Season: March, April, October, November, December (except Christmas time).
Low Season: January, February, March.

Rates are inclusive of water consumption, electricity, heating and gas.
