Il Casale is made up of one main building and two villas in the grounds, where you will find several types of apartment, each with terrace or garden, and suites, while only 1 km away some other very smart properties, part of the same development, are also available.
In 1999 we restored this old rural building, which dates from 1870, and transformed it into a magnificent holiday house, making the best of its lovely old architecture, while equipping all of the our Final Ligure apartments and suites with the best comforts and technologies, including internet connection, while other facilities include swimming pool with whirlpool, garden with sunbeds, mountain bikes, fitness area, mini golf, trampoline and several play areas for children and teenagers.
Only 5 km separate us from the sea, which assures us a pleasant mild climate in spring and autumn, thanks to the beneficial influence of the sea and hill air, and an agreeable summer breeze, ideal for relaxation in the evening while listening to the song of crickets and cicadas.
The Final Ligure apartments, some of them with two bathrooms, have enough space for up to 5 persons. They are equipped with bamboo furniture, with special care for the mixing of the colours and for the final touches, have either a wide terrace or a garden.<br>Every apartment has:
Autonomous heating system - Telephone - Terrace or garden - Ironing equipment
In the bedroom you will find:
Comfortable mattress (also in the couches of the living room!)
Linen of first quality - Security safe deposits.
In the bathroom
Washing machine - Hairdryer - Soft terrycloth towels (420 gr.)

Only 7 km away is the resort of Finale Ligure, one of the most beautiful old villages of Italy, where you may immerse yourself in the architecture and culture of 1200, or can do other activities such as climbing, mountain biking and a several other sports, including swimming in the wonderful bay of Varigotti, while at a distance of about 80 km are Genoa, Monte Carlo, and the Côte d’Azur, with all that they have to offer.<br>Verezzi, with the medieval square, in summer time scenery of a famous open-air theatre.
Besides, at only one hour from Il Casale: The Aquarium of Genova, the small squares of Portofino and Camogli, the artistic burg and the Cathedral of Cervo, where lyric concerts are played, the fascinating Sanremo and the noble Montecarlo with his life.
