This marvellous country-house with 250qm of housing space is surrounded by chestnut woods and olive trees but at only five kilometers from the sea.
The country-house is situated in a area of ca. 1.500 qm with olive trees and access to ca. 500 qm of fitted open spaces and terraces, private pool and every comfort. The very tasteful arrangement and furniture and the house itself with the different room highs creates a charming and special atmosphere.
The ground floor has three rooms: a bedroom with or a double bed or two single beds, a living room with the possibility to have a bed there for two more persons and a bathroom (with bathing tub).
The middle floor there are four rooms: a double drawing room with a nice decorated open fireplace and fitted kitchen closed to the room and another bathroom (with shower). The drawing room opens to a wide terraces with barbecue, 3m-table and 12 iron chairs which has a great view to the olivetrees and invites for relax or staying together with friends.
The high floor (under the roof) has three more rooms, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The bedrooms are one with double bed and the other with two beds.
