The ten apartments of "La Villa" enjoy the magnificient view of the Lake Garda: the island of Garda and its superb Venice styled Palace, Sirmione with its castle, "La rocca" , the big rock towering all over the coastal charming towns and the scenic Monte Baldo, between the Alps and the smothly wine hill of this sunny land. All in front of your apartment. La Villa, family owned and operated, is surrounded by a large park of ca. 4500 qm. with olive grove, bougainvillaea and Mediterranean essences. All the apartments for 2-4-6 persons have terrace or private garden, one or two private bathrooms, tv satelite, mobil phone, hair drier, microwave, ceiling fan, internal parking, a magnificient view of the lake and the apartments on the first and the second floor also air conditioning . Set within the garden there is a panoramic swimming pool for adults ( 15 x 5 meters ), a small pool for children, a terrace reserved for sun bathing eqipped with garden forniture, table tennis and a little children playground. The apartments type suite 1 and suite 2 have also oven and washingdish machine ( suite 2 one bathroom with hydromassage).

Rates range from 74 Euros to 190 Euros nightly depending on season and number in party. <br>he Above RATES are per day.<br>The price includes: water, electricity, gas, sat-TV, parking, swimming pool, deckchairs and sunbeds, table tennis.<br>Other Services (at a charge): final cleaning: type Studio: 40 Euro, type A, A/1, A/G: 60 Euro; type A/2B, AS/2B, AS/3B, Suite 1, Suite2: 70 Euro. Bedsheets and towels are not included but can be rented: 10 Euro per person/change, Towels 3 Euro each. Baby-bed: 5 Euro per day. The apartments have large ceiling fan. Air conditioning on the first and second floor (Type Studio, A/2B, AS/3B) and Suite 1, Suite 2. The daily charge for air conditioning, in case of use is: 5 Euro (Type Studio) and 7 Euro (Type A/2B, AS/3B, Suite 1, Suite 2). Heating per day: type Studio: 7 Euro, type A: 10 Euro; type AS/2: 12 Euro.
