The apartment has 2 large bedrooms, one twin and one double, both with possibility of a third bed on request, a dining room with a sofa, a habitable kitchen where it is also possible to have meals, a large bathroom with bath. It is not suitable to handicap holder or to person who have difficulty to stroll about because the access to the apartment is through 2 stairs for about 30/35 steps totally. It is located at a three minutes walking distance from the lake promenade, near all facilities: restaurants, shops, pubs, bus stop and public navigation transports. Price includes: electricity, once weekly linen and towels change, cot on request. Compulsory final cleaning: Euros 40,00. Gravedona with its 14 churches it is one of the most important historical villages of the lake. Gravedona is a very nice village in the northern part of the lake. It has a wide sandy beach on the lake, near a big sporting area with an open swimming pool, three tennis courts (one covered) and a football ground and a race-course.
