Villa Elvira is situated in Sciacca Terme (AG), on the South-West coast of Sicily, at only a few kilometres from the sea, immersed in the lush green of the estate, surrounded by old olive and orange groves, at 2,5 km from Sciacca and from the Mediterranean Sea.



You can also taste and buy our extra virgin olive oil, produced on site, and our home-grown veg and fruit.


Characteristics of the house:

The detached villa, of recent construction, a one-storey building covering a surface of 100 m², offering room for five to six people, furnished with rustic furniture, central heating, offers:
•a bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning
•a bedroom with two single beds
•a bedroom with one single bed
•all the bedrooms have a wardrobe, dresser, sheets, blankets and cushions
•the sixth bed can be put into the living room
•there is a big living room with an open fireplace, sofa, armchairs, a table with chairs, TV, radio and an iron
•a kitchen with a table and 6 chairs, gas cooker with an electric ring, washing basin, fridge, freezer, pots and pans, plates, glasses, cutlery, bowls, tablecloth, tea towels, coffee machine, tin opener, bottle opener, fruit press, toaster etc.
•bathroom with shower, towels and hairdryer
•an outside shower
•a wide covered veranda with a table, chairs, a surrounding garden with veg and fruit (oranges, mandarins, lemons) of some 8,000 m²
•parking next to the house, barbecue etc.


We, Elvira do not offer any cleaning or cooking services for our guests.

The place is very well kept to make sure you will have a lovely stay, entirely on your own.

•coming from Palermo and/or airport: motorway AS 29 direction Mazara del Vallo, exit Castelvetrano, direction Sciacca
•Coming from Catania and/or airport: motorway A 19 direction Palermo, exit Caltanissetta, direction Agrigento – Sciacca



Unless otherwise agreed, the house is at your disposal at 4 p.m. on Saturday and has to be left at 10 a.m. on the following Saturday, as clean and tidied up as on your arrival.
