Historical Estate dating from the 17 th century, located on the hills on the left bank of the Arno River, close to Arezzo (15 kms.). The compound is composed of one cottage (4+2) and four apartments for 2 to 8 people. Our attractive holiday house has been created by the lovingly and painstakingly restoration of a XVII century farmhouse .The farm is set on a panoramic position on the gentle slopes that descend towards the Arno river. The Compound is surrounded by a large garden area equipped with tables, chairs and canopies, with of 7 x 12 meters swimming pool that has a part for children (3x3 meters). The apartments have been tastefully finished , and fully furnished and are all provided with TV sat, and their own heating system. Laundry room with washing machine and iron (+ironing board) available for common use. Barbecue.

The quiet hilly panoramic area is only three kilometers from the beautiful medieval Village of Laterina, the lodging enjoys countryside privacy ,close proximity to the attractions and amenities of Arezzo, and it is the ideal base for many excursion in all Central Italy. There are good motorways and rail links with the rest of Tuscany and taking the train you can be in the heart of Florence in about half an hour. Being in the centre of Tuscany you will be able to reach easily, Siena, Cortona,Lake Trasimeno, Perugia.Tennis close by, horse back riding close by.The area is full of nice restaurants, where you can taste the typical Tuscan cuisine.
