Come to visit a still undiscovered part of Tuscany.
Historical Estate dating from the 17th century, located on the hills on the left bank of the Arno River, close to Arezzo (15 kms.). The compound is composed of one cottage (4+2) and four apartments for 2 to 8 people. Our attractive holiday house has been created by the lovingly and painstakingly restoration of a XVII century farmhouse .The farm is set on a panoramic position on the gentle slopes that descend towards the Arno river. The Compound is surrounded by a large garden area equipped with tables, chairs and canopies, with of 7 x 12 meters swimming pool that has a part for children (3x3 meters). The apartments have been tastefully finished , and fully furnished and are all provided with TV sat, and their own heating system. Laundry room with washing machine and iron (+ironing board) available for common use. Barbecue.
It is possible to rent the whole farmhouse or a single unit.
The quiet, hilly, panoramic area is only three kilometres from the beautiful medieval hamlet of Laterina. The lodgings enjoy countryside privacy, close proximity to the attractions and amenities of Arezzo; they are also the ideal base for many excursions to all Central Italy. Firenze, Siena, Cortona, lake Trasimeno and Perugia are not so far away; since there are good motorways and rail links with the rest of Tuscany .The shopping lover will find nearby many outlets of the most famous Italian fashion brands : such as Prada, Gucci, Fendi, D&G… Shops, Pharmacy, Bank, and other store are just 3 km from the house, Supermarket ( levane 10 mminutes by car) Ipermarket in Montevarchi 15 minutus by Car) mall and Ipermarket in Arezzo ( 15km)

On high season all locations start on Saturday - on other periods please ask, we will do our best to meet your needs. Pets accepted only after authorization (only small size) € 20,00 per week. Location cost includes: use of electricity, cold and hot water, cooking gas, bed linens, bathroom towels( a set of three for each person). kitchen linens, initial cleaning. Location cost doesn't include: security deposit ( € 280,00 for each apartments -The security deposit must be paid on cash upon the day of arrival and it is given back on the departure), mandatory final cleaning fee = €16,00 per person( babies up to three years do not pay the cleaning fee). Heating (usually from mid October to March, depending on the season) is forfeited depending on the apartment. Baby cot, high chair, extra beds are free of charge. Swimming pool towels (if needed) free of charge. (Prices may be subjected to variation)

Cancellation Policy for Farmhouse:
Should the client, for whatever reason, cancel a lease he will<br>have the right to repayment of all money paid minus the following cancellation<br>charges :cancellation prior to 60 days before the lease is due to start - 10% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and 30th days before the start - 30% of the rental price
>cancellation between the 29th and 15th days before the start - 75% of the rental price
cancellation between the 14th and the day before the start of the lease - 90% of the rental price
no show - 100% of the rental price<br>
Deposit Required for Farmhouse:
Security despiosit Euro 280,00 per unit.
in order to make the reservation effective, we require a 30% of the toal rental fee.
