The facility is comprised of:
The main building, with 3 apartments, "Il Gelsomino" "Il Limone" e "Il Rosmarino", each independent and with own entrance. Each apartment has 2 bedrooms, each for two people (with the possibility to add one more bed), kitchen, large lounge with open fire, bathroom with tub/shower.
The annex "Al Metato", on two floors: the top floor has two double rooms and a bathroom with shower, as well as featuring a steep ceiling and porthole-shaped windows that help to create a romantic atmosphere; the bottom floor has a small bathroom, lounge with kitchenette and fireplace and access onto a small, well-equipped garden.
Large outdoor areas and the possibility to eat outside using the barbecue and wood-burning oven, while you enjoy the magnificent panoramic views.
Sunbathing area around the large pool, with loungers and umbrellas.

Garfagnana is a region in the province of Lucca, between the Apuan Alps and the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines. It borders with the area of Lunigiana and is crossed by the River Serchio. It is an area filled with woodland and the main town is Castelnuovo di Garfagnana. Garfagnana offers a wide variety of landscapes, starting from the impervious, unspoilt mountains and going on to the gently rolling hills in its more southerly part.
Garfagnana borders with the area known as the Middle Serchio Valley (usually called Mediavalle), an area within the province of Lucca, extending from the city of Lucca and Garfagnana, along the bed of the River Serchio. The chief town is Barga, the adopted home of poet Giovanni Pascoli. The other municipalities are Coreglia Antelminelli, Bagni di Lucca, a famous and popular spa area, and Borgo a Mozzano.

If you need to cancel your holiday, you can change it to a period costing the same amount (subject to availability). In any case, NO refund is due in the event of cancellation by guests.
Deposit Required:
When you are given the keys, you must pay the manager a deposit of € 100.00 in cash.
Guests will receive their deposit the moment of departure provided that there has been no damage to the apartment.
