5 km from Assisi, in a wonderful location on the hill, among majestic trees, olive groves and vineyards, surrounded by the peaceful Umbrian countryside and in a central position as regards the main tourist and culture heritage towns of the region, the holiday house LA PERGOLA is ideal for those who wish for a wellness break for body and spirit.<br>The house overlooks a park with swimming pool and other free-time facilities, as alfresco dining and barbecuing courtyards and children’s playground; it has a big private parking area and is accessible to disabled people.

LA PERGOLA has a reception hall at its guests’ disposal in the common area with a fireplace, armchairs for relaxing, reading area, satellite TV, internet point.
The 4 flats of different measurements were built in full respect of the formal and typological elements of the Umbrian tradition; they are all well-lit, panoramic, tastefully furnished and with all the comforts (cooking area with fridge, independent central heating, air conditioning, colour TV and internal telephone). Two of them are two-roomed and provided to accommodate disabled people. Each flat is named after a flower of our countryside (mallow, mint, broom, narcissus), whose colours live in the walls with a beneficial peaceful effect.
NARCISSUS/BROOM:The two-roomed flats of about 35 m² are composed of a living room with cooking area and a bedroom for 2 (+1) persons and a bathroom with shower. It has an independent entrance and is structured and furnished to receive disable guests as well.
MINT:This is the biggest of our flats, of about 60 m², and can accommodate 4 (+4) persons in a roomy living room, 2 bedrooms (1 with double bed), a little kitchen, a comfortable bathroom with shower/tub.
MALLOW:The flat of about 45 m² is composed of a living room with cooking area and two bedrooms with 4(+1) beds, a bathroom with shower and a big terrace with a panoramic view.
LA PERGOLA offers to its guests the opportunity to participate in guided visits, hiking tours, seminars and short courses concerning body and mind wellness (yoga, reiki, Bach flower therapy, tragger massage, aqua gym, …), creativity (painting on different materials, découpage, …) and, during certain times of the year, in some traditional farm activities (grape harvest and wine-making, olive harvest, herb liqueurs and fruit preserves making).
