Cancellation Policy:
If a booking is cancelled more than nine weeks (64 days) before the first day of the rental period, 50% of the deposit paid will be refunded.
If a booking is cancelled less than nine weeks (63 days) before the first day of the rental period, there is no refund.
Property Rental Deposit Required:
If the booking is made more than nine weeks (64 days) before the first day of the rental period, a deposit of 30% of the total accommodation cost is due within five working days of the booking, with the balance due nine weeks (63 days) before the first day of the rental period.
If the booking is made less than nine weeks (63 days) before the first day of the rental period, 100% of the accommodation cost must be paid in full within five working days of the booking.
