Villa Fiore is situated in the picturesque hills of Umbria in the midst of the un-spoilt countryside with stunning views of the valley. Villa Fiore was originally an important Patrician Villa and among one of the most beautiful properties in the area. It is situated in the midst of beautiful rolling hills looking towards the well-known medieval town of Todi from which there are breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside. In the spring wildflowers transform the countryside into a rainbow of color, but still one’s eye is drawn upward to the tops of the surrounding hills and the walled town of Todi perched above.
The Villa has 8 spacious double bedrooms, 5 ensuite bathrooms with shower, 2 ensuite bathrooms with bathtub. From the living room and the large kitchen you can reach the huge terrace. One of Villa Fiore’s distinguishing features is the immense terrace on the first floor which is the perfect place for dining with friends, memorable parties and barbecues.
The huge swimming pool is 20 x 10 meters. The pool area is an ideal spot for cocktail parties and brunches. In the pool house there is a summer kitchen which make your holidays and special events truly unique. Villa Fiore is the ideal place for enjoying a special holiday with your family and your friends in the midst of charm, flavor and country style. The property can accommodate 16 up to 24 people: 16 (max.) in Villa Fiore and 8 (max.) in the Guest House. The rent of the Guest House has an additional cost.
A maximum of 22 people can be accommodated at the villa. The main villa can accommodate 14, while 8 more people can enjoy a more private stay at the adjoining guest cottages. The villa features 7 large double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a living room, large and fully equipped kitchen, and dining room. From the kitchen and dining you can directly access the terrace. The latter is surrounded by splendid oak trees that extend over great part of the garden. Rose bushes make of the garden a colorful place to relax and walk. The villa Umbria is a self catering accommodation, but should you want to enjoy without lifting a finger, you can request cleaning, cooking, and baby sitting services catered for you. You can also ask to have your party organized for you.
If you love amenities and comforts the villa has for you satellite television, hi-fi system, Internet connection, washing facilities, dishwasher, fridge with ice cube maker, microwave and electric oven, barbecue, central heating and a piano for music evenings among friends.

It is located in Umbria, among the wonderful views of the hills nearby Todi (in the Perugia province), with a 350 meter height above sea level, approximately midway between Florence and Rome. Todi is perched on a tall two-crested hill overlooking the east bank of the river Tiber, commanding distant views in every direction.
In the 1990s, Richard S. Levine, a professor of architecture at the University of Kentucky, chose Todi as the model sustainable city, because of its scale and its ability to reinvent itself over time. After that, the Italian press reported on Todi as the world's most livable city.
In Umbria the fortified medieval hill towns are rich in art, history and architecture, and many are relatively untouched by tourism. Gubbio, Spello, Todi, Spoleto, Deruta, Orvieto — all are unique and worthy of a visit. Perugia, the capital, is one of Italy’s best preserved towns, with a strong artistic and cultural tradition.
Arts locations, medieval villages and natural beauties (Orvieto, Spoleto, Assisi, Gubbio Foligno, Perugia, Trasimeno Lake, Marmore Falls, Bolsena Lake), which have made this part of Central Italy famous all around the world, can be easily reached from Villa Fiore.
