"La Casa Colonica" is situated in a little village called "Vernazzano" near to the motorway that goes from Perugia to Siena. Due to its privileged position, the farmhouse is ideal for those who wish to have both a cultural and relaxing holiday. Some of the most important artistic and cultural centres of Tuscany and Umbria are within easy reach: Perugia, Assisi, Spoleto, Gubbio, Siena, Florence, Cortona and many other smaller places rich in history, culture and art. In this carefully restored farmhouse, amidst vineyards and century-old olive groves, guests will find the ideal environment for a healthy and complete relaxation.
The farmhouse has been completely restored, maintaining the original
architectural structures and is made up of:
- five apartments with two bedrooms
- two apartments with one bedroom
Particular care has been taken in the restoration. Terracotta floor tiles and wooden beamed ceilings help to achieve a warm atmosphere. The apartments are very well furnished in country style with furnishings which reflect another age.
Every residence has its own independent entrance and central heating, a lounge, kitchenette and bathroom with shower.
