Located in a rural area between the touristy viillages of Eraclea Mare (1,5 km) and Caorle (8 km), this cluster of 10 attached cottages are situated in an extremely quiet and relaxing position between open countryside and the sea.
The beautiful country style lodgings are available for short stays or long holiday rental as well as for city breaks. Spighe apartments are only 40 minutes from Venice, 20 minutes to the Venice Airport Marco Polo and near to some of the most interesting art cities in Veneto and Friuli.
Spighe Lodgings enjoy a big green area in the middle of a 500 hectars farm with cattle, wineyards producing red and white wine from its own grapes, bio vegetables and fruit.
The original building was a typical old farmhouse and conservative renovation work by the owners has converted it into comfortable cottages each with its own private patio. Extensive use of cotto for the floors and wooden beems has created an attractive rustic style.
Furnishings are comfortable, simply and tasteful. All apartments have air conditioning, heating, safe, hair-dryer, satellite TV and a direct-dial telephone. A patio with table and chairs for outside dining.
Amenities include beach, pool, outside showers, communal garden, dining furniture, sun-loungers, barbeque, car park, use of laundry, bikes hire.
