Cancellation Policy for Apartment:
Customers must notify cancellations in writing by email or fax. The effective date of the cancellation shall be the date on which Venice Holidays receives the notification. Our cancellation policy provides that:- In the event of cancellation: from the booking date up until 21 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, Venice Holidays will withhold 30% of the entire sum (the prepaid deposit). If the cancellation is notified between the 20th and the 14th-day prior to the scheduled arrival date, Venice Holidays will debit the customer's credit card for an amount corresponding to 50% of the sum agreed. If the cancellation is notified between the 13th and the 7th day prior to the scheduled arrival date, Venice Holidays will debit the customer's credit card for an amount corresponding to 75% of the sum agreed. If the cancellation is notified within six days from the scheduled arrival date, Venice Holidays will debit the customer's credit card for an amount corresponding to 90% of the entire sum.
