Failure to return the keys provides a charge of 50 euros, it is a special key not copy, it is charged to the client the possible dispatch of the keys.
Please advise if you need service cot / bed up to 5 years, free for stays over 3 days, cost 10 euros per day.
It is very important at the time of booking that indicate if you are a couple, two friends, so 2 single beds, if you like the sofa bed or bunk bed, if you have children or pets you have to indicate that! (also age of the children)
