The Villa Maroon is a tranquil, picturesque RETREAT on the North Coast of Jamaica. This villa consists of 4 tastefully decorated bedrooms with ceiling fan, a/c and en suite bathrooms with hot water. This villa is fully staffed, and our dedicated staff are waiting to help you unwind from your hectic schedule. Upon your arrival discuss your dietary requirements with the chef, and he will purchase, prepare and cook the most delightful meals served any where you choose. No need to toil around a hot stove.
The Million dollar view from the pool deck is breath-taking. Several evenings a week cruise ships are often spotted in the distance. The living room is spacious with open plan design with 42"cable tv,wireless internet access, stereo, dvd, reading books and numerous board games.
Supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars and private beach are all walking distance from the villa. The locals are friendly and helpful, and a local taxi service operates past the front of the villa. A Championship Golf Course are right on your doorstep, for those more sporty guests. No need to stay in an expensive hotel, stay with us and use their sports facilities.

All cancellations will forfeit the 30% deposit. However if a cancellation occurs after the total rental amount has been paid, an alternate date will be offered. If the villa is re booked for the FULL period (in question), the full rental payment will be returned minus the 30% deposit and the transfer costs.
Deposit Required:
30% deposit is required to reserve all bookings. Final balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival.
The damage deposit will be FULLY returned within 3 working days providing there are no lost or damage.
