Cancellation Policy for Holiday apartment:
Cancellations:
Insurance:
Clients can buy a cancellation insurance for 20% of the total price of the ordered services. The cancellation insurance gives the right to cancel the booking at any time free of charge.
In all other cases the following applies:
Cancellations made:
- more than 14 working days before the date of arrival are free of charge.
- between 3-14 working days before the date of arrival are charged the equivalent amount of 1 night of the bookings.
- between 3 working days before the date of arrival are charged the full amount of the ordered services.
Please note that the client has the right to transfer the booking to another person at any time.
The effective date from which the days to arrival will be counted is the day on which BALTIC BREEZE TRAVEL receives the written notice of cancellation. The effective dates can only be Mon. to Fri. before 6 p.m. Lithuanian public holidays excluded.
Bookings, cancellations or changes made by telephone are not accepted.
Refunding of made payments will be done within 14 days after cancellation.

- receives a receipt for the deposit.
- receives and a full description of the state of the apartment on arrival.
