Gorgeous Beachfront Home right on the water/sand. Main house has 3 bedrooms 2 baths and there is a beachfront casita with king bed/bath and kitchen rented together as a 4 bedroom 3 bath or can be rented separately. Beach side of house is basically all glass making the views spectacular from almost every room.
La Ventana is located 35 minutes South of La Paz or 2 1/2 hours North of Cabo San Lucas, just a 2 hour non-stop flight from Los Angeles.

The house comes with everything that you would need for a fantastic vacation, all you need to bring is your suntan lotion. La Ventana Baja is extremely safe, unlike mainland Mexico. Very child friendly. While La Ventana is famous for its windsurfing and kiting the area is also world renowed for the fishing, diving and kayaking.

Rates range from $1700 per week to $4800 which includes casita (holidays) The Casita can be rented separately from the main house. The casita rates range from $700-$1050 per week.

Cancellation Policy:
Any cancellations made within 90 days of arrival will not be refunded unless property is re-rented for same time period. If rented there will be a $200 proccessing fee. Cancellations can be re-scheduled for dates.
Deposit Required:
a 50% deposit is required when booking is made. The balance plus a $600 security deposit is due 90 days before arrival date.
