Cancellation Policy for Hotel:
All reservation cancellations are subject to a $30.00 US handling fee. Cancellations must be made in writing (by email or fax) a minimum of 14 days prior to arrival, (30 days for holidays and group reservations) in order to receive refund of deposit (less handling fee). Reservations cancelled outside the cancellation period will forfeit all deposits. Rooms that were paid in full at time of reservation will be refunded the difference, within 30 days.
Deposit Required for Hotel:
Deposits: In order to reserve a room, we require the first and last night's listed room rates, 13% tax, and a $3.00 US tips and service charge, at the time of booking. We accept Visa, MasterCard, personal checks, and bank transfers. Upon receipt of funds, the hotel will email guests their confirmation number within 2 working days.
Payments: All rooms must be fully prepaid 7 days prior to arrival. Christmas, New Years and all groups require full payment 30 days prior to arrival.
