Cancellation Policy for Beachfront Condo with Pool, Views, High-speed internet access:
Rent payments are non-refundable and non-transferable unless the Owners are able to re-rent the same property for the same period of time, subject to a $100 cancellation fee. If Tenant cancels the reservation, the rent collected shall be returned only upon the re-rental for the same Lease term. You may reschedule 45 days or more prior to arrival date with the same property and number of nights, for travel within one year of the original check-out date, subject to a $50 reschedule fee. Holiday deposits and final payments are non-refundable.
