The villa is the coral jewel of the beach. Awake to the song of the sea, calling you out to meet you day under your own private beach palapa. Lounge in the pool without ever taking your eyes off the ocean. Perfect for groups, the property was designed with the utmost in privacy. Grab a book and escape for some solitude on your private balcony/patio, or seek out one of the special "nooks" for a few hours of privacy. The villa has a 2nd story master suite (open air kitchen/living area, king bed) and below are 2 (kings) completely separate suites with full baths.
The beautiful mini villas have a spacious open air kitchen/living area, with king bedroom suites.
The fabulous two penthouses (detached form the villa, queen beds) offer the best view on the beach. A perfect whale watching perch. They are side by side, each with their own top story open air kitchen/living area.
The compound is decorated with handmade Mexican art, a compliment to the traditional Mexican elegance of the property.
The garden is a mecca for birds, and the flora is astounding. Lounge by the pool and watch the pelicans on their never ending quest for fish, an keep your eyes open for parrots and other brightly colored birds.
Entertain at the poolside BBQ/Enterntainment center. It is the perfect gathering place. We can provide delivery of fresh fish, oysters, shrimp, lobsters, fruit and veggies.
The property is meticulously maintained, and has a full time maid and gardiner/house man.

Troncones is a small fishing village that is home to approximately 300 native families. You will find them warm and hospitable. Activities in the area include beach combing, cave tours, jungle tours (even zip-lining through our beautiful jungle!), bird watching, biking, horseback riding, surfing, snorkeling, and meeting new amigos. There are various restaurant that abound in our village that offer everything from hamburgesas (hamburgers), traditional mexican food, to California culinary delights.
FISHING
Shore fishing will be sure to surprise you with a mirage of specialty fish…….huachinango (red snapper), rooster fish, oysters and lobsters are also for the taking for the diving crowd.
Our neighboring village, Majahua, offers the excitement of deep- sea fishing (as do various captains out of Zihuatanejo) with catches that include sailfish, dorado, tuna and marlin.
ZIHUATANEJO
A visit will be good for your soul. It is a soulful, pre-colonial, beautiful historic town with much to see and many smiling faces. A bustling fishing town with much to offer tourists, she also entertains the beach party crowd, complete with parasailing, on the beautiful La Ropa Beach.
IXTAPA
A world class resort, Zihutanejo’s “twin” sister could not be more different! Dancing until dawn in the clubs and discos, dining on food with an international flair, or shopping at the fabulous boutiques will quench your thirst for sophistication.
