Cancellation Policy for Luxury Beachfront Resort and Hotel:
You must call or e mail Pacifica Resort Ixtapa (pacitravel@pacifica.com.mx) in order to cancel any reservation made on this site.
All low season reservations must be cancelled prior to 7 days before arrival to avoid any charges. All reservations cancelled within 7 to 1 days before arrival there will be $60 dollars processing fee. No shows or cancellations in the same day will cause the charge of one night cancellation penalty.
All high season reservations (Jul 01-Aug 19 / Dec 23-Jan 06) must be cancelled prior to 30 days before arrival, all sums charged to the credit card will be refunded except a $60 processing fee. All reservations cancelled within 30 to 15 days before arrival there will be a 3 nights cancellation penalty. If the reservation is cancelled within 15 days before arrival, the reservation is non-refundable. In addition, all reservations made within 15 days before arrival are non-refundable.

All Reservations require a credit card deposit or full payment to confirm a reservation. (2006-2007).
