Playa Royale Residence building! Beachfront! 6th Floor corner unit, 3100 sq. feet, 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 2 King size beds, one in the Master Bedroom, one in the 2nd bedroom, 2 Queen size beds in the 3rd bedroom. Also a pull out coach (sleeps 8).

Incredible views! 5 sliding glass doors opening onto huge wrap-around deck. State of the art grill on the balcony. The balcony offers 2 lounge chairs and a table with 6 chairs if you enjoy eating outside.

We also have a great HOT TUB on the balcony for romantic evenings. We also have a fully equipped Kitchen with stainless steel appliances.

It's very quiet and peaceful at the condo with a white sandy beach that goes on for miles. This building only has 44 units.

If you have not been to Playa Royale in Nuevo Vallarta it is a safe, super clean, and well maintained exclusive gated resort within one of the most beautiful uncongested areas of Puerto Vallarta. Escape the traffic jams and density of downtown Puerto Vallarta and enjoy over 30 miles of walkable, swimmable, sailable, beach along the Bay of Banderas in Nuevo Vallarta.


GOLF, ETC.
For a one time small fee of US $75 per family/group ($75 fee for duration of your stay for family of up to five members) you can each enjoy access to the bountiful activities within the resort. One of our trained courteous bi-lingual customer service assistants will assist you with information about purchasing the social membership pass to gain access to the Resort's many facilities and amenities.

There are two world class spas with wet areas (treatments are extra, of course) and state of the art fitness center with dozens of Lifecycle machines, weights, etc. and free aerobics, spinning, Pilates (Reformer machines), yoga and other classes, as well as men's and women's locker rooms, with towel, robe and slipper service, saunas, jacuzzi’s, steam rooms, etc. El Tigre is a championship 18 hole golf course that will challenge the best person.

The water-sports activity center at the Paradise Village™ hotel is also available to guests for jet-ski, boogie board rentals, parasailing, and other water adventures. The Marina is a short walk from the beachfront condominiums and has fishing charters, sightseeing trips, and other water adventures to be planned.

There is also recreation on the beach at Paradise Village ™ available to you. Go banana boating, parasailing, or swim with the dolphins. There is a water taxi that you can take to downtown Puerto Vallarta.

This is an incredible, beautiful, and luxurious place. Very warm and welcoming. You won't want to leave!

There is a courtesy shuttle bus that will also take you to all of the different properties owned by Paradise Village ™. There is also a trolley car that will take you to neighboring restaurants and sites in the area free until 10 pm.

KIDS ACTIVITIES:
At the new $14 million dollar fitness center, restaurant, and sports center - located on the gated golf course grounds - in addition to an adult Olympic-size pool, there is a separate kids club play area and large kids sized pool with fountains, slides and other water activities with the depth only 16 inches to allow kids of all ages to enjoy. The kids' locker rooms have child size toilets, showers, changing tables, etc. to make them feel right at home.
