Vacation in our lovely, one level, fourth floor, CORNER Unit, which gives you a 270 degree view of the Mountains and the entire Banderas Bay from Mismaloya to Punta Mita. This oceanfront condo gives you views so gorgeous, you will be dying to tell everyone.
This unit is located in the Ocean Vista Residences,(which is gated with 24 hour security guards)and is part of the expanding fabulous Five Star Paradise Village Golf and Spa Resort. Sitting at our dining table (can seat up to 12 easily), you will enjoy stupendous sunsets dead center - you really have to see it to believe it - or whale watching from the deep balcony which wraps all the way around the unit. The balcony has a wet bar with refrigerator, for your evening relaxation.

There are two master bedroom suites, each with a king-size bed, that faces the ocean and down the beach on one side, plus a third bedroom with two full-size beds. All bedrooms have their own bathrooms with shower stalls tiled in marble. One of the master bathrooms has a large jacuzzi jetted tub. There is a full-size kitchen, all appliances and utensils provided, dining room and living room. Air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout the condo.

Some amenities at the resort are free, some are chargeable, such as those offered at the world-class spa and gym facility, which also offers massage therapy, a health bar, and beauty salon. The full service spa, known as the finest therapeutic facility in Mexico (billed as the only oceanside Full European Spa in the world) offers massage, health/beauty treatments, as well as exercise and yoga/meditation classes. The fitness gym has state-of-the-art equipment, with experienced trainers available to assist you. The gym is free.

The resort offers multiple swimming pools (two of which have alligator slides), a miniature zoo, bike rentals, and medical facilities. The brand-new, 18 hole Paradise Village Golf Course, nicknamed "El Tigre," is just a short distance away. Beach facilities are tremendous. The beach is very, very long with gentle rolling surf; excellent water conditions for boogie boarding, wind surfing, and jet-skiing.
