Just a 10 minute walk from Los Muertos Beach in Puerto Vallarta, your vacation condo provides a view of the bay on a spacious terrace. It is in a building with 16 other units and is located on the second floor.
There are two master suites, one king-size bed and one queen-size bed, both with bathrooms and large closets. The condo comes fully equipped with linens, kitchen appliances, dishwasher, and double door refrigerator. There is a washer/dryer in the utility room.
The terrace runs the full length of the condo and offers a dining area and lounge chairs. Bring your DVDs, CDs and Ipod. There is docking CD/Ipod player. A DVD player connects to a flat screen TV with satellite cable channels from the United States and Canada. Wireless internet is also available.
The complex has a large pool that is heated during the winter months so swimming is possible all year round.
It is about a 10 minute walk to Puerto Vallarta's Los Muertos beach and the Zona Romantica. A private staircase leads from the pool area down to street level. Just across the street there are stairs which will lead down to Puerto Vallarta's Los Muertos Beach. Blue Chairs Resort is just a short distance.
There is a safe for your valuables and the complex is monitored 24 hours per day by security cameras.

Cancellation Policy for Condominium with Community Pool:
Completely refund 60 days prior to arrival date less a $75.00 processing fee. Within 60 days of arrival refund based upon ability to rent the unit less a $75.00 processing fee. If not able to rent property then there is no refund. Option to change to a different week.
Deposit Required for Condominium with Community Pool:
Half the rental amount plus a $200 damage deposit in the form of a check that is not cashed unless there are damages or the keys not returned.
