It’s a great place, in a perfect location! The ocean water is turquoise blue, and the perfect temperature for swimming! This beautiful Cancun condo is in an oceanfront complex, with a beautiful Caribbean ocean view. Shown above is the beach in front of the condo. It can sleep up to 5 or 6 people, 6 if some are children. The Girasol condos are on a gorgeous white sand, swimming beach, in the top of the hotel zone. It's across the street from the "hot spots" of Cancun- the trendy night club such as Sr. Frogs, Cocobongos, etc.. You are walking distance to good restaurants and shopping, and to the Cancun nightlife and entertainment. The complex has 2 fabulous oceanfront pools, and is located on a magnificent, pristine, powdery sand beach. It is a larger studio unit, and can sleep up to 5-6 people. A great deal! The condo has a large room, with 2 full beds. It has a kitchenette with utensils, dishes, pots and pans, microwave, smaller refrigerator, coffee maker, broiler, and burner. The unit is fully furnished, with 1 full size futon couches in the living area. It is a spacious and nicely furnished condo, on 1 floor. There is a lovely balcony with patio chairs and a table. You can sit out and savor the gorgeous ocean view, or enjoy a scenic meal outdoors! Sleep to the soothing sounds of the ocean waves! There are marble floors throughout the condo. The condo is furnished with a telephone, TV with cable, DVD/VCR, A/C, fan, laundered towels and sheets, and it is professionally cleaned in between rentals. The Girasol condo complex has lifeguards, a convenience store nearby, tour office, condo management office (with phone access for a fee), tennis courts, children’s pool, and private parking for guests.<br>

There is a $200 refundable security deposit required to hold the reservation. This is refundable after your stay, if the condo is left in good order. The balance of the rent is due 30 days prior to rental date. You can book your reservation online- check website for details. 4 day stay is required, or there is a $50 checkout fee. We generally handle map, information sheet, and instructions for the keys via email. We can have a local key pickup. We accept Paypal, checks or money orders. We have 2 other vacation rentals that we have managed for many years, and can provide references. We also work with the different references you can check on us there. We offer a 5% discount for bookings 30 days or less prior to rental date, 10% off for 15 days prior, and 15% off for bookings 7 days or less prior.
