Casas Stavola are two side-by-side Beachfront residences that can be rented separately or together for a larger party. Rates below reflect the homes rented together. Each home offers a true Mexican style in rich stucco and shady palm trees lining the beach in front facing the ocean. The living, dining, kitchen, and Master bedrooms all have spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea and the twinking lights of Cozumel across the ocean at night. Each home offers washer, dryers, air conditioning in each bedroom, TV, daily maid service except Sunday, CD player and cassette stereo and of course beach chairs for lounging on outside.

We can arrange a cook to prepare two meals a day (either Breckfast and lunch or Lunch and Dinner). The price is $55 a day for up to 4 guests and $5 for each additional guest. The price of the groceries and taxi fare is separate.

The home is located just a short 8 minute walk to the town of Playa del Carmen where you have about 70 restaurants to choose from and tons of shops, bars and nightlife too.

This home is located in the gated community of Playacar, which is a cobblestone neighborhood with very low density. There are three condo complexes and the rest is private custom homes. The beach is beautiful and quiet and the neighborhood is very quaint and secure. The only people you see walking around are the other guests, owners and security guards. If you can't get relaxed staying at this laid-back beachfront home in this neighborhood...you must seek professional help when you return home!
