Cancellation Policy for Vacation condo:
Cancellation policy: Cancellations are effective on the date written notice is received by fax or email in our office. The following assessments will apply:
61 to 90 days prior to arrival $100.00 u.s.
30 to 60 days prior to arrival 50% of rent.
Less than 30 days prior arrival 100% of rent.
Bookings for Christmas and New Year are subject to 100% surcharge regardless of time of cancellation.
100% of the security deposit will be refunded upon any cancellation.
If Moskito is able to re rent the property they will send you a refund.
Deposit Required for Vacation condo:
Your deposit (50%)is due within 2 days of the date you receive the Rental Agreement and the balance of Rental monies is due 60 days before your arrival date. Failure to pay on time could result in automatic cancellation of reservation and automatic forfeit of all monies paid to date.
