Playa, as we locals call it, is full of every attraction you can imagine, from an endless array of bars and restaurants along 5th avenue, to just as many beachclubs spanning from Hippie styled Fusion with live reggae music being played every night to the hip and fashionable Mamitas Beach Club. For the families and more adventurous the theme parks Xel-Ha, Xcaret and XPLOR are all in the vicinity by car, and you can also have transportation arranged by the ticket vendors on 5th Avenue. For the more culturally interested, dont forget to visit the ancient ruins of Tulum, the Pyramids of Coba and Cichen Itza. There are several diveshops on 1st Avenue that all arrange diving excursions ranging from diving with whale sharks to cave diving or just reef exploration. Cancellation Policy for Luxury Condo:
Cancellation made 60 days prior to arrival forfeits 50 % of deposit. Cancellation made 30 Days Prior to arrival forfeits full payment. Any changes made within 30 days of arrival are subject to the cancellation policy. There are no refunds for late arrival, early departure or emergencies of any kind.
In case of natural disaster or Act of God beyond of our control, we will try to find comparable accommodation for you or will give a full credit for future reservation if the reservation needs to be canceled due to these circumstances. Any cancellation will be subject to the cost of credit card fee and processing fee. Rates reflect the cost of the vacation rental condominium.
Deposit Required for Luxury Condo:
50% of payment is due upon confirmation of your reservation. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. If funds are not received according to schedule, reservation is subject to cancellation.
