Casa Perlita has two downstairs bedroom, each with air conditioning, it’s own private garden and a spacious bathroom with a floor-to-ceiling glass shower looking out into the garden.
Upstairs, the master bedroom suite includes a spacious bedroom with a brick-vaulted ceiling, a bathroom with a glass shower looking out onto a private outdoor terrace, a spacious closet and private access to the roof terrace overlooking the central courtyard. Three roperos and the closet provide plenty of storage space for clothes and other travel gear.

Vacation Home Rates:
Casa Perlita can comfortably sleep six people in three bedrooms, with four bathrooms. Our prices are as follows:
Low Season: April 1 to October 31
$300/night with a 3 night minimum
High Season: November 1 to March 31
$2700/week - One week minimum stay
Holiday Seasons:
$3250/week - One week minimum stay
Holiday rates apply to Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years, including 1 week before and 1 week following the date of the holiday.
Tu Casa (Your House) Privacy Package
One couple only. Complete seclusion. Your house! This includes the privacy of the entire house including the owners' upstairs master suite, roof top garden and fountain area, excluding the two locked-off guest bedrooms. This package is for a rental of one week at the rate of $1375, $1950 or $2550, per week, respectively, depending upon season. Four nights may be available on a limited basis, depending upon rental schedules. Additional days may be available at the daily rate availability permitting.
Reservations and payment
A 50% deposit of the rental amount is due within 5 days of notification by Casa Perlita confirming the dates and reservation request. The remaining 50% balance is due three (3) weeks prior to arrival at Casa Perlita. In the event that your reservation is for a period occurring three (3) weeks or less prior to arrival date then payment is due in full, including the security and cleaning deposit. All confirmed reservations are also subject to a refundable security and cleaning deposit.

Cancellation Policy:
In the event that Tenant cancels the reservation for any reason, a $250 cancellation fee will be charged. If the cancellation occurs at least thirty (30) days prior to the Check-in Date and Owner is unable to re-rent the Rental Property by Tenant's Check-In Date, Tenant will be liable for fifty (50%) percent of the rental costs. If the cancellations occurs less than thirty (30) days of the Check-In Date, all monies paid by Tenant will be forfeited if the Rental Property is not re-rented by the Check-In Date. Owner will make all reasonable efforts to re-rent the Rental Property by the Check-In Date. We encourage you to buy travel insurance at the time of booking in the event you must cancel and forfeit funds. Travelex, for example, offers several different types of travel insurance.
