This large house contains three living units, each unit is self contained. The upper level fully furnished, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, with fully equipped kitchen and balcony. The ground level has two units which are identical and side by side. They are 2 bedrooms, one bath, each self contained with kitchens and patios. One common pool area, and of course, the wide expanse of the beach and Gulf of Mexico in front of you. Wireless internet signal throughout the house means you can get away from it all without being disconnected! Bilingual house manager lives right around the corner.
The house is 5 minutes outside of Telchac Puerto, a quaint fishing village with essential services such as grocery stores, bakeries, liquor stores, and seafood restaurants serving up fresh fish Yucatecan style! Also in this village is a medical clinic and childrens playground. Nearest banks and big supermarkets are in Progreso and Motul. Merida, a beautiful colonial city, is 50 minutes away on a great highway, and every modern amenity is available in Merida.

We are 50 minutes from Merida, the White Colonial City, with every modern ammenity you need. 25 minutes from our house is Progreso, a large port town, with shopping and many seaside restaurants. We are withing driving distance of Mayan ruins (Xcambo 7 minutes; Dzibilchaltun 25 minutes; Uxmal 3 hours; Ek Balam 2.5 hours; Chichen Itza 3 hours) and several cenotes, or sink wells, which are park of the underground river system here, full of fresh water and exhilerating to swim in and explore. There is more: fishing, kayaking, kiteboarding,and experiencing the Mayan culture will fill your holiday with exceptional memories.
