The 50 sqm apartment has oriental style finishings (doors, tadelakt walls, maroccan tiles in shower), is charming, cosy, clean, sunny, has convertible airconditioning, satellite tv, fully equipped US kitchen (washing machine, microwave, electr. coffeemaker, italian mokka, toaster), eating corner, real kingsize bed, 2 single sofa-beds, furnished balcony with a nice open view on city, hills and sunset. Ideal for those looking for a quiet, clean, charming, discreet place.

Price all year round (except New Year) is 350 per week for 2 persons, euro 390 for 3, euro 420 for 4, included are airport transfer in/out, local assistance, utilities, bedsheets, towels, weekly and final cleaning, access to indoor pool and fitness, private parking in the basement, wifi access with own laptop in my reps office opposite. Daily rates euro 60 for 2. Lower rates for stays of 2-4 weeks. To reserve a 50% downpayment is needed, rest is to be paid on arrival together a with breakage deposit of euro 150.
