Al Bustane comes with a large pool, 2 separate outside dining areas, fountains in the front and side gardens and a large main reception with traditional fireplace, which looks directly out onto 2 large patio areas.

Designed on 3 separate levels offering a contemporary yet Arabic feel, you can relax in this palatial yet practical environment. Local Saturday market within a 2 minute drive to the village, and many restaurants are located nearby.

Morocco is blessed with beautiful all year round weather, but is generally hotter during July and August.

The city centre is a 20 minute drive from the villa down one straight road. There you will find the old-town and the Medina with its Souks and the magical Djemaa el Fna square, which owes little of its fame to its own beauty. During most days, performers of every kind put up their shows, continuing until the food stalls start to move in. From the Jemaa there are several entries to the fantastic Souks, and for anyone who needs to relax for a while, there are plenty of cafés around the Jemaa, where you can just sit and observe.

Jemaa el-Fna owes most of its fame to the sheer number of spectacles going on all around all of the time. The food stalls take over the Jemaa as soon as the orange juice sellers have packed up and gone home. The food is freshly prepared on the spot right in front of you. You can choose between a variety of fish, meat or vegetable dishes. Alternatively there many, more active attractions, such as quad biking, lakes, cookery, or horseback riding
We have 6 bedrooms, including one large circular bed, which is beautiful, 2 four poster beds, and 2 doubles which can be singles, and bunk beds and cots available. 6 bathrooms, with sinks and wc's and a toilet on bottom level by kitchen. Fully fitted kitchen, with all modcons, 2 dining levels, one outside dining area which can seat 12, additional seating upstairs on a further level, which can seat 8, a living room with huge plasma, with seating for up to 20 people, with a beautiful open fire in centre of room, full air-conditioned and heated in winter, rooms are separated with typical moroccan fountains, set in an acre of land, with olive trees, pomegranate trees, lemon trees and lime trees available for you to eat. We also have a luxury, pool/bar room, with separate moroccan seating area,wine/beer chiller, disco lights, plasma linked to sky tv and cd player.

This garden level also has the Games Room with its full size pool table, bar with chiller fridge, plasma screen which is also connected to satellite TV. There is also an original jukebox full of great records and large traditional Moroccan seating area. Club lighting that changes colour or chilled lighting if preferred. Reception has large plasma and seating for 20 around traditional fireplace.
