Parkeerplaats voor twee auto’s naast de bungalow, twee fietsen in het tuinhuisje en uiteraard een zonnige ligging op het zuiden met veel privacy en rust.
Als uitgangspunt voor wandelingen en/of fietstochten is de ligging ideaal (centraal t.o.v. vele bestemmingen), maar ook natuurliefhebbers komen in deze streek aan hun trekken want aan de overkant van de weg beginnen de bossen, zijn heideterreinen op korte afstand en ligt het recreatiegebied Zeumeren op 2 km afstand.
