A beautiful/cozy 1 bedroom fully furnished apartment with sunny garden in a pleasant/green area "Statenkwartier" - within walking distance from the famous shoppinglane Frederik Hendriklane, serveral Internationle organisations, like ICTY, OPCW, World Forum, Peace Palace, new building Europol(2011) ICJ (2011) ect. Within reach from Shell, EPO, Europol, ICC, ICJ and a lot of embassies.
It is a couple min walking to public transport to the city - The Hague and both trainstations. Also find within a couple min walking distance the touristic Yacht harbour with a various choise on restaurants/cafe, beach and sea from Scheveningen.
Lay-out apartment: total living space 70sqm, : privat entree, with your own frontdoor on streetside, hall, large living/dinerroom, with fireplace (only for atmosfeer) with bright windows on both sides.
1 bedroom with modern washing basin/ built-in closets, fully equipped kitchen with stove/cookerhood, fridge, dishwasher and seperate combi mircowave/oven, compact luxery bathroom. And finaly there is a nice sunny garden ( 25 sqm), with nice plants, where you can relax and drink a glass of wine, in the comfertable loungeset and smellthe fresh sea air.
I give you the guarantee, that you the aparment find in the same excellent condition as you see on the pictures. Many guestst can confirm this. On request can I provide a lot of reference from people from all over the world.
Everthing what you need for a comfertable stay find you in the apartment! You have only to bring your suitcase.
Sleeping sofa availabe for 3e person a 100 euro a week. By monthly stay charge we 200 euro for the 3e person.
