In the heart of Rotorua you have discovered a self catering townhouse overlooking Ohinemutu, the premier Maori village and original settlement.
A Town House is ideal for one or two couples planning a stay in Rotorua - visiting, on business or for spa therapy. You will enjoy sharing the living areas and having the privacy of your own rooms on different levels too. The location is great, an easy walk from the lake front promenade and the down town restaurants.
On the upper floor is the living room with a 40" TV and DVD player with iPod dock. Wide doors open onto the balcony so that you can enjoy the panoramic view over Ohinemutu to St Faith's Church and Lake Rotorua from the living room too. The kitchen is fully equipped for self catering with a breakfast starter pack and basic pantry items. The master bedroom with walk-in wardrobe and superking double or long single beds and ensuite bathroom is also on the upper level.
On the ground floor are the garage, private entry, second bedroom with superking double or long single beds, second bathroom and a small single bedroom or study. Free wifi and printer/scanner/copier.

Cancellation Policy:
There is just one apartment available so a late cancellation would have a big impact. If a reservation is cancelled and in the event that we are unable to replace the booking, the following applies:
Cancellations 7-30 days before arrival attract 50% fee of total stay
Cancellations less than 7 days before arrival date 100% fee of total stay
Loss or damage will incur additional charges.
We recommend that you have travel insurance so that you are covered should your circumstances or plans change.
Property Rental Deposit Required:
20% of the tariff to secure your reservation. The balance is to be paid 30 days before your arrival.
